A BIG thank you to all who have sent in requests, we promise, your form will be addressed at the appropriate time!
Make sure that you are on our email list so that you can get notified of any potential cancellation openings, flash drops, new merch, and of course when booking starts again! ( In January!) Stay in contact on IG too for more frequent updates.
Those who want to claim an “Into the Abyss” piece or set up an Intuitive Tarot Tattoo design session or an eyebrow appointment may still send in requests throughout the booking quarter!
Wait-List & Booking Forms
We now offer online appointment request forms and Tattoo Wait-lists! Which will both be accessible through our website at the appropriate times. The Appointment Request forms will be active while booking is open. And the Tattoo Wait-list will be available when books are closed, so that you can still send in your idea and be among the first to know when scheduling starts again!
You will be asked to provide general information about your desired tattoo. Including placement, approximate size, length of session preferred, artist preference and so on. It’s our hope that this makes booking easier and more convenient for you, and easier for us to keep all inquiries better organized. Each quarter we will try to focus on certain subject matters. So certain projects may take priority over others. Just remember to add all required information or your request may get skipped.
We will still only be doing quarterly booking as well. Meaning that once our books fill up for the 3-month period. Books will close again and booking inquiries will no longer be accepted through the website. It helps us to focus more on upcoming appointments. You will be more than welcome to send a request outside of the booking window. If you do so, you will automatically get put on our Tattoo Wait-List until books reopen. We will respond to the Wait-list first when books reopen.
If your request has been accepted. A deposit will be taken at the time of the appointment setup. The deposit is to hold your place and insures a draft of your design prior to your appointment. Without a deposit your request will be void.
(Designs can be sent anywhere between 1 week and 1 day prior to your appointment)
Deposits!
Deposits are $200 to hold your appointment and can be made in person with cash or through Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle. Deposits are then deducted from your final tattoo cost.
Deposits are required for every appointment scheduled. They are non-refundable.
And if you need to reschedule, for ANY reason, letting us know as soon as possible is highly recommended.
We are a CASH ONLY tattoo studio.

Pricing & Hourly Rate
Our Head Artists’ minimum price is $150 for small/very small tattoos
They have an hourly rate of $200/hour
(Both will increase periodically)
Appointment Times
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. As we may still be working on another client if you arrive early. Arriving late may cause a reschedule of your appointment. And may affect others who have appointments scheduled after yours.
If you are going to be running late. Please notify your artist as early as you can. However, we highly appreciate a full days' notice.
Cancellations.
If you are to cancel your appointment. Your deposit is non-refundable. And you may be asked to place another deposit prior to setting your next appointment.
Location & Parking
We are located downtown, so parking is paid for either on the ParkCbus app, or on the Kiosk. Or you can park in the Buckeye parking garage. (Generally, $10 for the day) and you must go to the 5th level for unreserved parking. There are various other garages as well.
We are located inside of the Commerce Building (the same building as The Vault) on the 3rd floor. Once you get off of the elevator make 2 lefts and we are at the end of the hallway!
If you need to use the restroom beforehand pop in and see us for the key!
*Late appointments will be given a 30-minute grace period. After that, you will be contacted, and your appointment will be rescheduled. We do our best to respect your time and we expect the same.
*All designs are presented anywhere from a day to a week before your appointment. Any changes made to your design must be submitted prior to the time of your appointment.

We would love to work with you! As you know, we do quarterly scheduling now. So, after you fill out this form, you will be automatically placed onto the waitlist for the next booking quarter! Please do not expect a detailed reply to your form submission until booking starts again. We will post books opening updates on social media and send out emails when the time gets closer.
